Hello! My name is Madyson Sniecinski, although I typically go by Mady. I am currently a graduate student at Western Michigan University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2019 with an associate’s degree in event management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Ever since I was a little girl, I really enjoyed helping people so when I found out I could do it for a living I was sold! I am interested in working with adults, adolescents, and children ages 8 and up.
I believe that no one knows you better than you know yourself. I will try my very best to understand your worldview, values, and beliefs so that we can work together on setting goals and creating effective change throughout the therapy process. I want to empower you to be able to navigate through the ups and downs of life. In order to accomplish that, I am interested in employing a wide range of theories in order to help you reach your goals such as Person-Centered, Strengths Based, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am offering both in-person and telehealth services. It is my goal to create a trusting and safe environment where you feel comfortable to open up and be yourself without fear of judgment. I understand that each and every person is unique so I will work collaboratively with you throughout the entire process to help ensure that you are getting the most out of your time. When you are ready, I invite you to reach out so that we could navigate through this journey together. **Mady is a pre-licensed therapist supervised by Rachael Kool. The rate for her sessions is $20 as an opportunity for those who struggle to afford services or find someone that has openings and takes their insurance. The quality of your care will still be top-notch, just at an affordable rate. If you have more questions, feel free to visit the FAQ page or contact us. |
