October Book Club
Reading selections inspired by client's and carefully chosen in order to educate, inspire, and facilitate self healing and insight. Groups will be carefully formed by limiting the number of participants in order to foster intimacy and authentically create a deeper exploration of our topics.
October includes the book "How to do the work" by Dr. Nicole LePerna. Gain support as you navigate the insight of gaining awareness of your thoughts and understanding how trauma has impacted you. Then venture through doing the work with accountability and support along the way.

Creative Expression Club
Creative expressive arts are carefully selected to help self-healing and insight occur in a more meaningful way for those that best learn by doing rather than reading or listening.
Join us for 90 minutes to get creative and connect with your self as we target inner healing through breath, movement, and play (creative art activities). I will guide you through various exercises where we engage our mind, our feelings, and our body.
November 3 activities will include:
- Watercolor project for exploring your values
- Inner child meditation and quiet journal prompts
- Mindfulness and movement (dress comfortable)
- Create affirmation zine book
November 17 activities will include:
- Painting to decrease overwhelm
- Sticky note emotion exploration
- Mindfulness and movement (dress comfortable)
- Surprise activity to be shared closer to date
